Booking control

The system comes with default configuration of booking control that suits most companies.
However, you can change the length of account key number if needed.
You can also decide if it is allowed to change the account key number when the account key has already used in transaction records.

The system has predefined some methods of payment (payment manner) for invoices.
The invoices may be recorded with different account keys if different payment manners are chosen.
If you need to make any changes, you could select type of booking in the drop down list.
