Balance sheet

Standardized balance sheets settings are included in the system and ready for use.
These settings are available for changes.  Users can also create their own settings.
The existing settings cannot be deleted.

To create a new setting, you need to enter a description and a setting type.  If the setting is not for revenue statement or balance sheet, you can select the type Undefined.
If you select the type as Revenue or Balance, the system will ask if some account keys related to this type need to be connected with the setting.

Connect account keys for definition

In Accounting > File administration > Balance sheet, if you click the icon addfile in the first column of the line you will be navigated to the selection of account keys part. In this part, you can select the account key and connect the account key with the settings.  The number next to the icon addfile indicates how many account keys are connected with this line.

Account key selection

At the right side of the display area are the account keys connected to the line and the left side shows all other keys available to be added.
The tick box of Parent keys and Unconnected will control which available keys will display in the lists.

The system will display all keys for the selected parent key (for example, in the above graph is the key 110-Rekstrartekjur), but you could select specific parent key to display. Also, the system will only show the unconnected keys (i.e. keys that already have been connected to other lines will not be displayed).
However, you can choose to display all keys regardless if they have been connected to another line or not by selecting the tick box unconnected keys.

Then a key that has been used for another line can be selected. If you select any account key connected with other lines to connect with the current line, the connection with other lines will be cancelled. Keys can be selected or unselected by using the Select and < Unselect buttons.

Select from another setting

A line from another definition can be displayed in the overview. For example, in the standardized balance sheet the account key displays profit of the year is from the revenue statement.
