How partially refund invoice on iPad

If you have to partially refund an invoice you have to create a new invoice with negative quantities of the products that you have sold and wish to refund.

Start by creating a new invoice with the items you would like to refund like normal. In our example we are refunding two products from a larger invoice. The products are Northern Lights and Sky Lounge and we start by adding them to our invoice.

Once we have added them to our invoice we select the invoice tab, then we select the products in turn by double tapping on them

This opens the quantity setting and here we tap on the minus / - sign to bring the value to -1

Once both products have the quantity -1 we process the credit card and the refund is issued
