Shopify / WooCommerce Settings

Orders

Department

Department where the order is registered.


Warehouse

The warehouse used for the webshop connection. All inventory updates made to this warehouse will be linked to the webshop, if the webshop connection is set to track inventory.


Order Handling

This setting controls how orders are received by the webshop.


Invoice Comment

Add text that goes in the invoice comment.


Field used as ID

This setting controls how orders are received by the webshop.

The field is created by changing another unused field to an ID field by changing the translation of the field in the webshop.

Common fields that are used are company or apartment (address 2).


Guest customer

For each online store connection, a separate guest customer must be registered, to which all invoices from the online store are registered.

This customer is not used when ID numbers are attached to orders.

If no customer is selected, the connection creates a new customer.


Product as shipping cost

For each online store connection, a product must be registered that is used for shipping costs. Shipping costs from orders will be registered to this product.

If no product is selected, the connection creates a new product.


Unknown products

Product for unknown product

For each online store connection, an unknown product must be registered.

This product is used for orders in cases where products are either not found in the Regla, or they are missing SKU numbers.

If no product is selected, the connection creates a new product.


VAT of unknown products

Here you can also select which VAT category this product is in. Select the VAT group that you think you are most likely to be selling from.

This VAT group is also used when products are created through "Product Initialization".


Events and Synchronization

Here are various settings for how the connection will behave regarding product updates.


Product attribute to synchronize

Here you can set which product attributes are checked when Synchronizing products is run. More information is available here: Synchronizing products.


When a product is created/modified in the online store

Regla will create and link products from the online store as they are created/modified in the online store.

Here you can select which product attribute to update in the online store when a product is updated in Regla.

Here you select which product attribute to update in Regla when a product is updated in a online store.


When a product is disconnected/deleted in Regla

Here you select how to handle products in the online store when a product is deleted in Regla, or when a link between products is deleted.

WooCommerce Advanced Settings

ID Metadata Key

The field is customized in the WooCommerce checkout page and information about the field is placed in the meta-data. The key for the field is placed in this field, then Regla can read the ID number from orders.


Subscriptions

Product Category

If an online store invoice contains a product with this product category set as the main product category, the product is removed from the invoice and the product is placed in the subscription system for the appropriate customer.


Billing Method

Defined billing method for subscription products.


Subscription Category

Which subscription category the online store sales go to.
