Allow download

If the browser Edge (old Internet explorer) is used, there is a possibility of encountering problems when displaying queries in PDF format, e.g. publish an invoice.

To prevent this, check your browser settings:

  • Select Tools - Internet options
  • Select the Security tab.
  • Click on Custom level.
  • Scroll down until you see Downloads.
  • Select - Enable Automatic Prompting For File Downloads.
  • Note that other settings under Downloads are enabled.
