Team Viewer

If you encounter technical problems, it is good to have Team Viewer on your computer.

With Team Viewer, we can connect to your computer and thus save both time and costs by not having to come to the location.

Team Viewer can be accessed at www.regla.is under the services tab. There you can choose a remote connection (see picture):

Here you select Windows or Apple (depending on which operating system the computer uses) and Team Viewer will start downloading.

In the Team Viewer program itself, you have to give your Partner ID number and password to a Regla employee. We only connect to your computer with your consent.
