How much does Regla cost?

Premise

• All prices are excluding VAT (if you are paying from abroad you are exempt from paying VAT) and are charged on a monthly basis (unless otherwise stated).
• Transaction count is cumulative from beginning (not transactions each months, transactions each year etc.).
• The prices take effect 1st of January 2023.

Starting licence

• To accommodate users who have few accounting records, invoices and payslips we offer a starter licence.
• This is a lower fee than our regular price and is valid as long as records, invoices and payslips are under a certain amount (depending on the system, see price list).
• If you have three systems in our starting license you get the third system free of charge.

General price and additional charges

• When a user surpasses the number of records, invoices or payslips in the starting license, he automatically transfers to the general price.
• When a user surpasses the the number of records, invoices or payslips in the general license, an additional charge is added up to 11 times.

Example of price evolution for the sale and inventory system

• Based on the price list for 01.01.2023
• 3,600 kr. / <100 invoices
  • User starts in Regla and pays the starting license until he has issued 100 invoices.
• 6,400 kr. / <5,000 invoices
  • User stops paying the starting license and starts paying the general price and continues to do so until he has issued 5000 invoices that are included in the general price.
• 8,400 kr. / < 15,000 invoices
  • When the user has issued 5,000 invoices included in the general price, an additional charge of 2,000 kr. is added for the next 10,000 invoices. The price is then 6,400 kr. + 2,000 kr. or 8,400 kr. for up to 15,000 invoices.
• 28,400 kr. / maximum charge per system
  • Additional charges are added to the general price up to 11 times for a maximum of 28,400 kr. per system.
• This price evolution (starting license > general price > general price + additional charge) applies to systems accessible at regla.is.

Included in subscription

• Service
  • All calls, emails or visits to us.
  • Note that we charge a one-time 48,000 kr. fee for setting up the service system (PoS) and a one-time fee of 48,000 kr. for setting up a connection to a webstore.

  • We offer live Zoom courses in the accounting, sale and salary system every 2 months, register here.
  • Recordings of past courses can be found on Youtube.
• Hosting, updates and data backup
  • Regla is a modern cloud-based solution, one system for everyone.
• Unlimited users
  • Everyone can have access to record and/or browse.
  • Offers full traceability of who does what.
• Turnover %
  • Regla does not charge a % of turnover.
